The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at sunforestsilver@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery. Please supply the us with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us at sunforestsilver@yahoo.com. Please include your order number in the e-mail.

It takes us 5-7 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding federal holidays within the US. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Return Instructions

Here is the simple process for returning an item to us:
Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mailing us at sunforestsilver.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties.

Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express to

We ship using US Postal Service Ground Shipping With Tracking. You will receive your order in 4 to 7 days after payment has been confirmed. All orders will be shipped free. Choose USPS Ground Shipping at Check out.

If an item is out of stock we will place item on back order. Your item will ship in five days or less. You will receive your item in about 9 days.
